We are a well-established, independent family business that has successfully been trading for 23 years. Our reputation over 23 years has been built upon customer loyalty, recommendation and satisfaction, and many of our customers have stayed with us since we first opened. We believe it is important to achieve customer satisfaction at all times, and over the years we have found our clients want a personal service where we are able to talk to them about their holidays. We are recognised by Dubai Tourist Board as Dubai Experts and in 2008 BM Travel was awarded Directors Award by Travel Trust Association.
