Oxford, OxfordshireYour minibus has been sat running in Watermill Way Oxford for atleast half an hour. The driver is just stood there talking to a resident and smoking. I guess social distancing and not mixing with people non essentially doesn't apply to your drivers? Edit. Today 10.02.2021 at 1253 a vehicle from this company pulled up on a street in Barton, Oxford. Both driver and passenger were smoking whilst inside the vehicle. No passengers dropped off and looks like the driver and a resident here are friends. Does social distancing and the covid laws not apply to your company?
